Sunday School
- Midwest Regional Sunday School will have a Teachers Retreat and Farewell Meeting for Rev. Thomas Mathew, president of the Midwest Region SS. on Saturday, April 20th via Zoom. Rev. Abraham Kuruvilla will be the main speaker. All SS teachers are encouraged to attend.
- Our VBS 2024 will be held from June 17-23. Theme for the VBS is “The Great Jungle Journey”. Please mark your calendars and further details will be provided soon. If you are interested in volunteering, please see the sign-up list in the fellowship hall or contact the conveners Mrs. Sabina Cherian, Mrs. Usha Thomas, or Dr. Suma Thomas.
- Midwest Regional Junior Camp 2024 will be held from July 19th – 21st hosted by the Chicago Mar Thoma Church Sunday School and is open to students who have completed 3rd to 10th grade. Encourage all students to attend. Please reserve the date and keep the camp in your prayers.
Yuvajana Sakhyam
- Monthly meeting & Bible Study on April 13th at 6:00 pm via Zoom. All YS members are requested to attend.
Sevika Sanghom
- Midwest Regional Sevika Sanghom is having an April Retreat on Saturday April 13 at 9 am EST via Zoom. Our Vicar, Rev. Santhosh Varughese will give the message. The retreat will include farewell felicitation for transferring Achens from the region. Requesting all Sevika Sanghom members to attend.

- Monthly meeting of the Sevika Sanghom will be held on April 20th at 11 am at the church. This will be a combined meeting along with Edavaka Mission.
Table Tennis – Spring Tournament
- A Table Tennis tournament is scheduled on Sundays May 19th – June 9th. All members are welcome to participate and required to register online. Please note as per our General Body decision, the tournament is open only to Detroit Mar Thoma Church members. Contacts: Gegi George or Sujeev Cherian. Refreshments
- Thanks to the refreshment committee for arranging today’s refreshments and thanks to Mrs. Mary Cherian and our Donna Kochamma for sponsoring.
- As per our General Body decision the minimum expected contribution from each parish family is increased to \$100. All families are requested to contribute this amount and also encouraged to give more considering the increased cost of items. Thank you for your cooperation.

We will do our very best to live stream all church events, however as this is dependent on trained volunteers, there may be technical interruptions and occasions where live streaming is not available. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

- Zeffy is a user-friendly platform for not-for-profit organizations that allows for one-time and reoccurring monthly contributions with a no transaction fee option. Our Trustees want to thank all the members who have utilized this method as this streamlines the financial activities of the parish.
