• Our Christmas Carol Rounding started yesterday and is continuing today. The following is the schedule:

Sunday School

• Christmas carol program practice schedule:
  • Saturday December 9^th – 10 am – 12 pm

Youth Group

• Youth Group General Body will be held on Sunday, December 10^th, 2023 after the worship service.The agenda is as follows:
  1. Election of Office Bearers for the year 2024

  All youths are requested to attend.

• This year’s Midwest Regional Conference is being hosted by Detroit Marthoma Church from December 26th-29th. The conference’s theme is “Strength in Humility” and will be led by Ms. Betsy Chacko. We encourage all youths within the region to participate in this conference. • Diocesan Sevika Sanghom Christmas Celebration and farewell meeting for Rt. Rev. Dr. Isaac Mar Philexonos Diocesan Episcopa will be held on Thursday December 14^th at 7.30 PM EST via Zoom.Thurmeni will be delivering the Christmas message. Additionally, Sevika Sanghom choir from each region will be presenting during the meeting. Also winners for Essay writing competition will be announced during the meeting. Yuvajana Sakhyam

• YS membership campaign for 2024 has started. Those members interested in taking a membership or maintaining their membership in YS are requested to contact YS committee members and submit the membership fee by December 15.

Kitchen & Storage Facilities Study – Options for Review

• As per General Body decision on November 19^th, 2023 the executive committee is requesting all parish members to review options that were presented during the General Body and provide their feedback by January 14^th, 2024. To streamline the review/feedback, a survey has been sent to parish members by e-mail with subject “Qualtrics Survey: Kitchen & Storage Facilities Study”.The survey is very simple and has a maximum of 3 questions/entries and should take no longer than 5-10 minutes. All parish members 18 years and above are welcome to participate in this survey. If parish members have not received the survey e-mail please inform the Secretary. Please note the survey link is unique to each parish member and once the survey has been submitted the survey link will not be accessible again therefore please do not share the survey link with others. For those who require assistance in completing the survey a table will be set-up starting next week in the fellowship hall and Executive Committee members will be available to support. We appreciate and value your input and thank you for your participation.

Note from Trustees

• As we are approaching the end of the year, please make sure to submit all contributions for the year 2023 on or before December 31^st, 2023. All contributions received after December 31^st including checks with previous date will be accounted for in year 2024.Also any invoices and receipts from 2023 that are to be reimbursed by the church are also requested to be submitted by December 31^st, 2023. This is to help our trustees with closing the 2023 accounts and preparing  reports in a timely manner.
