If you wish to partake of the Holy Communion, please use the form below to register. Only one form per family is required.

In order to register for Sunday Service, click on the date on the calendar, fill out your information and then click on “Book Now”

Note:

• Please indicate the number of family members who will partake in the Holy Communion.
• You will need to be wearing a mask throughout your time at church
