Please review the schedule – You can also estimate the approximate time based on the order. This list is tendative and we might change the schedule and order if needed.
We are making few changes this year to improve efficiency. We are moving away from the traditional big meals and more time spend at the begining and ending homes. Starting and ending points will now be chosen based on the best route, so we can visit more homes efficiently. These changes are done to save time and our goal is to finish carolling before 10 PM every evening. You are still welcome to treat the carollers with your best treats 😊.
When we are caroling, west side van and east side van will start from church every day to the first house. During caroling at the east side, east side carolers can meet at a fixed place in east side and start from there to the first house.
If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. Mr. Philip Varghese and Mr. Thomson David are serving as the conveners for this event and you can also talk to Achan or Secretary if you have any questions. Also please note that, van can take only 15 people and no more will be allowed.

- Mar Thoma Theological Seminary Centenary Celebration- Fund raising : If you would like to donate towards the construction project, please send your checks to Trustee with memo as Theological Seminary fund collection

Refreshments
- Thanks to refreshment committee for arranging today’s refreshments
- Note from the refreshment team:
- Refreshments will be served for 30 minutes only and the cleanup will start after. Requesting every one to join the fellowship time as soon as we finish the benediction.
- They are also requesting those who haven’t contributed to the annual refreshment fund to do so soon. The minimum expected is 100 dollars.
- We also request everyone—kids and adults alike—to please dispose of used plates, cups, and glasses in the trash cans provided. Leaving them around the parish hall creates extra work for our volunteers, who already dedicate their time to arrange the refreshments, clean up all the plates, coffee makers and other vessels used in the refreshments and make the space ready for the next event. Let’s all do our part to keep the hall clean and reduce the burden on our volunteers and office bearers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
