- Please note that if you choose to send in your contribution through PayPal, please choose “Sending to Family & Friends” option. Otherwise there is a 3% fee that will be taken out of your contribution by PayPal. The church will not receive the full amount contributed.

Church Picnic
- 2022 Church Picnic will be held on Saturday July 23rd at 10 am in Raintree Park Troy, MI. (3775 John R Rd, Troy, MI 48083)
- Sports and activities are being arranged for all ages and picnic lunch will include BBQ and a few Kerala food items. Kindly welcoming all members to participate in this time of food, fun and fellowship. Those who are planning to attend are requested provide number of people per household to respective area prayer group leaders as soon as possible so that proper arrangements can be made.
Choir
- The 27th Mar Thoma Choir Festival is hosted by our church this year and will be conducted virtually on August 6th at 5 pm. The theme for the Choir Festival is Agape 2022 – The great love of God.
To make the program a blessing the Choir Festival committee warmly welcomes all the members of the Detroit Mar Thoma Church to attend the Choir Festival in-person at our church.
An evite invitation was sent to all church members for the Choir Festival to obtain a count of attendees. Please complete RSVP as soon as possible. If you have not received the invite, please contact Mrs. Sansu Mathai or Mrs. Sheena Mathews.
Please keep the Choir Festival and its arrangements in your prayers.
Yuvajana Sakhyam
- Mid-West Regional Mar Thoma Yuvajana Sakhyam Regional Conference and Kalamela-2022 is planned to be held on Saturday, September 23, 2022 at Detroit Mar Thoma Church. Regional conference will start at 9:00 AM. Rev. Ajith K. Thomas (Vicar of St. Thomas Mar Thoma Church, Chicago) is the chief guest and speaker. Theme for the conference is “Walking in the way of Christ” based on Colossians 1:10. Kalamela will start at 1:00 PM. Shakha with the most points will be awarded the Dona Alex Memorial Ever Rolling Trophy.

Refreshments
- Thanks to the refreshment committee for arranging today’s refreshments. Due to increase in COVID cases we are requesting members to take refreshments and not to gather in the hall. Members may have their refreshments outdoors, weather permitting. For senior members the refreshment committee has arranged designated tables in the hall. Once entering the hall senior members are requested to take a seat at the designated tables and refreshments will be brought to them. Let’s all take appropriate measures to protect ourselves and to protect the health of others. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation
