Weekly Prayers
- Combined meeting of the Intercessory Prayer and Edavaka Mission will be held on August 14th, Wednesday at 6:30 pm at the church..
Prayer Fellowship
- Prayer Group 5: Today’s prayer meeting is cancelled
- Prayer Group 2: Will have a prayer meeting on August 24th Saturday at 6 PM at the residence of Saramma Varghese in Farmington Hills.

Sevika Sanghom
- Monthly meeting will be held today after the worship service.
- Atlanta Project Collection: Each Parish Sevika Sanghom unit in the Diocese is requested to collect special fund for the Atlanta Project and assigned amount for our Sevika Sanghom unit is $2,500.
- Sevika Sanghom is supporting a Nursing Student in India and request donations for this project. Please make check to Detroit Mar Thoma Church Sevika Sanghom and give to Sevika Sanghom treasurer Jessy Philip.
Senior Fellowship
- Senior Fellowship one day retreat will be held on August 24th, Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Church. Rev. Christy David Daniel, Vicar of CSI Congregation of Great Lakes will be the guest speaker. All seniors are requested to attend this retreat.
- Senior Fellowship 5th National Diocesan Conference will be held from September 25th-28th at Ascension Mar Thoma Church, Philadelphia, PA. Those who are interested to attend please contact Mr. George Thomas (Babu) or Mr. P.M. George for registration forms and more details.
Mar Thoma Fest – 2019
- Mar Thoma fest 2019 will be held on Saturday, August 17th. If you are interested to participate in singing, skit or dance please give your names to Marthoma fest conveners Mrs. Jaya Varghese or Mrs. Sabina Cherian.

Please submit teams to Abin Varghese, abin702@gmail.com by August 10th. Limit one sport item (volleyball, basketball, table tennis) per person. You can participate in tug of war and another sport item. If you plan on playing volleyball or basketball, please be available to play on Friday (August 16) and Saturday (August 17). Each team for volleyball / basketball cannot have more than (8) players. Please send roster, team name and Tshirt color preference to Abin Varghese. For tug of war, teams are based on church organizational groups.Registration fee for sports:
Basketball – $30

Table tennis – $15
Tug of War – $15
