Sevika Sangham
- Sevika Sangham Regional Conference will be held on October 13th, Saturday from 10am to 3pm at Bethel Mar Thoma Church, Illinois. Those who are interested in attending the regional conference, please give your names to Jiji Alex or Jessy Philip.

- Boys’ Get Together on September 22nd, Saturday at 6:30 pm at Jaisen Paul’s house and Girls’ Get Together at Jeena Abraham’s house at 6:30 PM
- Parent-Youth Meeting
- Our Youth group invites all youths 13 and older and their parents for a Parent-Youth Meeting September 23rd, Sunday after the refreshments with Chris Achen. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss youth group activities with everyone, especially new members to youth group and their parents. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact Tenny Samuel.
If anyone would like to host Chris Daniel Achen, for the months of October, November or December, please contact Maya Abraham.
Yuvajana Sakhyam
- Mid-West Region Yuvajana Sakhyam Conference and Kalamela-2018 will be held on Saturday, September 22nd from 9 am at the Chicago Mar Thoma Church. Rev.Shibu Reginold Pananchikkal (Vicar of CSI Congregation, Chicago) is the guest speaker and the theme is “Renewal of life through the word of God”.
- Regional Kalamela will start at 2 PM and Competition Items are:
English Solo (M&F), Malayalam Solo (M&F), Group Song (Choir), Elocution – English & Malayalam and Bible Quiz.

Family Retreat
- DMTC Family Retreat will be held on September 28th to 30th, at the Howell Nature Center. Rev. Baiju Markose will be the leader and the theme is Stand up, Pick up & Walk (up): Celebrating Resurrection (Mark 2:9). Completed registration forms along with check payable to Detroit Mar Thoma Church should be completed today. Please contact Vinod Thomas, Jaya Varghese or Sabina Cherian to register for the retreat.
