The location is Brewer Park, MI. Midwest President Rev. Biju Yohanan Achen and Secretary Ancy Varughese have requested maximum participation from every church. Requesting our yuvajana sakhyam members to\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Also, we would like to remind you about our <strong>Diocesan Yuvajana Sakhyam Conference.<\/strong> So far, no members from our church have registered. Jobin Jose<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>s I announced in the email, Jobin achen and family arrived in Detroit on 05\/08\/26. Our church family members including office bearers and committee\u00a0 received him at the airport. Achen and family is slowly getting settled here. Transition team is helping in making sure all things are taken care of.\n<p>Last week I updated about some of the \u00a0work at parsonage. This week I want to send a special thanks to the Sevika Sangham volunteers under the leadership of sevika Sangham secretery Mrs.Annie Varghese worked tirelessly at the parsonage to make sure everything is ready prior to achens arrival and also taking care of the daily food arrangements.<\/p>\n<p>Also I want to send thanks to Mr.Alan John for co-ordinating the transporation needs. Please reach out to him as he will need lots of help until achen gets the licence to drive himself. Thanks to Mr.Thomson for working on the insurance and drivers ed and Mr.Shawn Thomas for his Social security arrangements and kids school.<\/p>\n<p>For the <strong>first couple of weeks<\/strong>, Achen\u2019s schedule will be managed centrally. If you have any requests or needs, please contact the <strong>Secretary, Mr. Vinod Thomas<\/strong>, rather than reaching out to Achen directly as achen is getting used to the things here.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>House Visit Schedule<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>House visits are planned to begin from <strong>May 18<sup>th<\/sup> Monday at Prayer Group 1 and the week after that will be Prayer Group 6<\/strong>. Thanks to all volunteers for making the arrangements.<\/li>\n<li>Note from the refreshment team:\n<ul>\n<li>Refreshments will be served for 30 minutes only and the cleanup will start after. Requesting every one to join the fellowship time as soon as we finish the benediction.<\/li>\n<li>Requesting everyone to give the one time yearly contribution for the Refreshment. The minimum required contribution is 100 dollars. If you give the amount at the beginning of the year, it will greatly help the team better plan for the year<\/li>\n<li>We also request everyone\u2014kids and adults alike\u2014to please <strong>dispose of used plates, cups, and glasses in the trash cans provided<\/strong>. Leaving them around the parish hall creates extra work for our volunteers, who already dedicate their time to arrange the refreshments, clean up all the plates, coffee makers and other vessels used in the refreshments and make the space ready for the next event.\u00a0Let\u2019s all do our part to keep the hall clean and reduce the burden on our volunteers and office bearers.
