Santhosh Varughese &amp; family\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Santosh Achan\u2019s farewell will<\/strong>\u00a0be held on <strong>Sunday, April 19th<\/strong>, immediately <strong>after the worship service<\/strong>. We hope and pray that our entire church family will join us on this special day to give Achan a heartfelt and blessed farewell, in gratitude for the wonderful service he and his family have offered to our parish. Please keep Achan and family in your prayers as they prepare to move back to India and the new ministry.<\/li>\n<li>Achen will be travelling back to India on Wed, April 22<sup>nd<\/sup>. His flight is at 6:15 PM from Detroit, flying by KLM via Amsterdam. We will announce more details on the schedule of events in the coming weeks.<\/li>\n<li>If any of you have any questions on the farewell arrangements, please let us know<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Update of Rev. Jobin Jose<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Jobin Achen &amp; his family starts their travel from India on Thursday May 7 and will reach here on Friday May 8 at 1:15 PM. He is coming in through Air France via Paris. Executive Committee has all the transition plans finalized and they will be working to get everything ready for a smooth transition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">NOTE on parking<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>The parking spaces in the front of the church are reserved for priests, individuals with disabilities, and senior members. Our church has a growing number of seniors who experience difficulty walking and often require wheelchairs or other mobility assistance to reach the church safely from the parking area.\n<p>We kindly request that the parking spaces closest to the entrance ramp be reserved for those who use wheelchairs or walking aids. The entrance ramp exists for accessibility purposes, and keeping nearby spaces available ensures safe and convenient access through the front entrance.<\/p>\n<p>To support this effort, we will be requesting the committee to install wheelchair\u2011designated parking signs in these areas. Additionally, per city code, there are designated handicap parking spaces located at the back of the church. Please ensure these spaces remain open and available at all times.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. You can also check our church website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.detroitmarthoma.org\">www.detroitmarthoma.org<\/a> to see the weekly announcements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Refreshments<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Our thanks to the refreshment team for arranging todays Special Easter refreshments<\/li>\n<li>Note from the refreshment team:\n<ul>\n<li>Refreshments will be served for 30 minutes only and the cleanup will start after. Requesting every one to join the fellowship time as soon as we finish the benediction.<\/li>\n<li>Requesting everyone to give the one time yearly contribution for the Refreshment. The minimum required contribution is 100 dollars. If you give the amount at the beginning of the year, it will greatly help the team better plan for the year<\/li>\n<li>We also request everyone\u2014kids and adults alike\u2014to please <strong>dispose of used plates, cups, and glasses in the trash cans provided<\/strong>. Leaving them around the parish hall creates extra work for our volunteers, who already dedicate their time to arrange the refreshments, clean up all the plates, coffee makers and other vessels used in the refreshments and make the space ready for the next event.\u00a0Let\u2019s all do our part to keep the hall clean and reduce the burden on our volunteers and office bearers.
