All that are interested must first fill out an application and verification form. Links are in the youth group email.\u00a0Please encourage your youth members to attend! The deadline to\u00a0apply is November 23rd, 2025<\/li>\n<li>All members from age 13-35 are eligible to join the Detroit Mar Thoma Youth Fellowship. This will greatly assist us in planning the visits efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>As you have seen over the years, carol rounding is a great time of joy and fellowship for young and old alike\u00a0 and the number of carollers have gone up very significantly<strong>.\u00a0 If you have any limitations on the number of carollers who could visit your home, please let your PG leader or achan know so that we will be happy to accommodate your request<\/strong>. Per Trustees, Accounts for 2025 will close on 12\/31 midnight and any amount paid after that will be accounted for next year. Please take a moment to check and make your payments promptly. Thanks to refreshment committee for all the arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Note from the refreshment team:\n<ul>\n<li>Refreshments will be served for 30 minutes only and the cleanup will start after. Requesting every one to join the fellowship time as soon as we finish the benediction.<\/li>\n<li>They are also requesting those who haven&#8217;t contributed to the annual refreshment fund to do so soon. The minimum expected is 100 dollars.<\/li>\n<li>We also request everyone\u2014kids and adults alike\u2014to please <strong>dispose of used plates, cups, and glasses in the trash cans provided<\/strong>. Leaving them around the parish hall creates extra work for our volunteers, who already dedicate their time to arrange the refreshments, clean up all the plates, coffee makers and other vessels used in the refreshments and make the space ready for the next event.\u00a0Let\u2019s all do our part to keep the hall clean and reduce the burden on our volunteers and office bearers.
