The theme for the convention is &#8216;Encountering God.&#8217; Mr. Tom Philip from Redeemer Mar Thoma Church, NJ will be the main speaker. All church members, friends, and family are welcome to join. Please reserve the dates and keep the convention in your prayers. Please contact YS secretary, Mr. Philip William, or convenor Mr. Stanley Samuel if you have any questions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The 22nd Diocesan Yuvajana Sakhyam Conference<\/strong> will be hosted by The Mar Thoma Church of Dallas Farmers Branch Yuvajana Sakhyam. The conference will take place from September 26th to 29th, 2024, at The Mar Thoma Church of Dallas Farmers Branch. More information about the conference, including registration details, can be found on the conference website: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ysconf2024.org\">https:\/\/www.ysconf2024.org<\/a>Encouraging all Sakha members and senior yuvajana sakhyam friends to register for the conference at the earliest. Registration deadline is August 31, 2024. Request everyone to uphold the conference in your prayers for its success and spiritual enrichment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Church Cleaning<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Church Spring Cleaning<\/strong> is scheduled this <strong>Friday, April 26<sup>th<\/sup> <\/strong>at 5:30 pm and<strong> Saturday, April 27<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong> at 9:30 am, weather permitting. All members are requested to come and participate at least 1 of the 2 days to help beautify and clean the landscape and other areas on the church property. For those planning to attend please wear proper attire and bring outdoor working gloves and available outdoor tools and equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Sunday School<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Our VBS 2024<\/strong> will be held from June 17-23. Theme for the VBS is \u201cThe Great Jungle Journey\u201d. Please mark your calendars and further details will be provided soon. If you are interested in volunteering, please see the sign-up list in the fellowship hall or contact the conveners Mrs. Sabina Cherian, Mrs. Usha Thomas, or Dr. Suma Thomas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Midwest Regional Junior Camp 2024<\/strong> will be held from July 19<sup>th<\/sup> &#8211; 21<sup>st<\/sup> hosted by the Chicago Mar Thoma Church Sunday School and is open to students who have completed 3<sup>rd<\/sup> to 10<sup>th<\/sup> grade. Encourage all students to attend. Please reserve the date and keep the camp in your prayers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Table Tennis &#8211; Spring Tournament<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A Table Tennis tournament<\/strong> is scheduled from <strong>May 19<sup>th<\/sup> &#8211; June 9<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong>. All members are welcome to participate and required to register online. All families are requested to contribute this amount and also encouraged to give more considering the increased cost of items.
