All teachers are requested to attend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Sevika Sanghom<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly meeting of the Sevika Sanghom will be held on Saturday, January 6<sup>th<\/sup> at 11 am at the church. All Sevika Sanghom members are requested to attend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Winter Pickleball Tournament<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Our Winter Pickleball Tournament will be held from this Tuesday Jan. 2 to Saturday Jan. 6 in the fellowship hall. Reminder to submit your feedback by January 15<sup>th<\/sup>, 2024.\n<p>The survey has a maximum of 3 questions\/entries and should take no longer than 5-10 minutes. All parish members 18 years and above are welcome to participate in this survey. If parish members have not received the survey e-mail please inform the Secretary.<\/p>\n<p>For those who require assistance in completing the survey a table is set-up in the fellowship hall and Executive Committee members will be available to support. We appreciate and value your input and thank you for your participation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Note to Church Organizations &#8211; Annual General Body<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>All Church organizations are requested arrange with the Vicar and conduct their Annual General Body meeting as soon as possible and submit a copy of the Audited accounts and Organization report to the Office Bearers. Thank you for your cooperation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Note from Trustees<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>As we are approaching the end of the year, please make sure to submit all contributions for the year 2023 on or before December 31<sup>st<\/sup>, 2023. All contributions received after December 31<sup>st<\/sup> including checks with previous date will be accounted for in year 2024.Also any invoices and receipts from 2023 that are to be reimbursed by the church are also requested to be submitted by December 31<sup>st<\/sup>, 2023.
