Funeral service was held on Thursday, July 13th. Kindly welcoming all parish members to participate. To help with the picnic preparations requesting all members to RSVP your attendance with your respective area prayer group leaders by Saturday July 22<sup>nd<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Mar Thoma Fest 2023<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Our <strong>Mar Thoma Fest 2023<\/strong> will be held on the weekend of <strong>Saturday August 5<sup>th<\/sup>, 2023<\/strong>. Cordially inviting all church members to participate and attend to make this event successful. Activities will include sports, painting competition, Health &amp; Wellness Promotion and cultural program. On Saturday at noon, food stall with a variety of freshly made and delicious cuisine will be available through the afternoon. On Saturday evening at 5 pm we will have a cultural program filled with songs, dance, skit, fashion show and other entertaining items. Preparations are well underway.\n<p><strong><u>Cultural Program and Painting Competition Sign-up: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is a sign-up sheet available to participate in the cultural programs and painting competition. Requesting parish members to please sign up by today for the cultural program so the respective practices can be coordinated accordingly. There is a sign-up sheet to participate in the sports activities. Registration deadline for Pickleball and Table Tennis is next Sunday July 23<sup>rd<\/sup> as preliminary play for both sports will start as early as Tuesday July 25<sup>th<\/sup> and Sunday July 30<sup>th<\/sup> respectively. These sports activities cannot be conducted without your participation therefore requesting all those interested to sign-up as soon as possible and submit registration fees by the tournament start date. Please keep the Mar Thoma Fest and all its arrangements in our prayers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Sunday School<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sunday School Teachers meeting<\/strong> will be held today, July 16<sup>th<\/sup> immediately after the refreshments. All SS teachers are requested to attend<\/li>\n<li><strong>Graduation Sunday for 2023<\/strong> high school graduates will be held next Sunday July 23<sup>rd<\/sup>.\n<p>Parents of high school student graduates are requested to contact SS superintendent Biju Mathews for arrangements related to the dedication prayer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Senior\u00a0 Fellowship<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Monthly Meeting<\/strong> of the Senior Fellowship will be held on Saturday July 22<sup>nd <\/sup>at 3:00 pm at the church. All senior members are requested to attend<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Choir<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Choir voice test<\/strong> will be held on Sunday, July 30<sup>th<\/sup> after the worship service to add new members to both English and Malayalam choirs. Church members who are 12 years or older are eligible to participate in the voice test. Participants will be asked to sing one of the 2 assigned songs, and also a Song of their choice therefore a total of 2 songs per participants. Participants will have to sing Pallavi (Chorus) and one Anupallavi (Stanza) only for each song. Those who receive a minimum score of 40% will be selected.<strong>Assigned Songs:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>English Choir<\/strong> \u2013 AG 55 (It is Well) and AG 50 (How Great Thou Art)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Malayalam Choir<\/strong> \u2013 CH 354 (Ponneshu Thamburan), and CH 106 (Stuthicheeduvin)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Those who wish to participate in the voice test, please inform the Vicar or the Choir leaders Mrs. Suja George and Mr. Benjamin Mathew no later than July 27th 2023&#8243;.
