Varghese Thomas. All General Body members are requested to attend this meeting.\n<p>The agenda is as follows:<br \/>\n1. Election of the Sabha Mandalam Member for 2020-2023<br \/>\n2. Election of the Diocesan Assembly Members(2) for 2020-2023<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Worship Services<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Next Sunday: January 19th<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Holy Qurbana service in Malayalam at 10:15 am<\/li>\n<li>Sunday School at 9 AM<\/li>\n<li>Adult Bible Study at 9:30 AM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Weekly Prayers<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Intercessory prayer<\/strong> on Wednesday at 6:30 pm at the Church<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fasting prayer<\/strong> on Friday at 10:30 am at the Church.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Sunday School<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Children who are planning to take the First Holy Communion in March, 2020 will be having their preparatory class with Achen on January 17th, Friday 6 pm to 8 pm at the church.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Sevika Sanghom<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly meeting will be held on January 12th, Sunday after the worship service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Edavaka Mission<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Edavaka Mission monthly meeting will be held on January 18th, Saturday at 5:30 pm at the Church.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Senior Fellowship<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior Fellowship Annual General Body meeting will be held on January 25th, Saturday 3:00 pm at the Church. The annual report and audited accounts for the year 2019 will be presented in this meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Youth Fellowship<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Youth Fellowship General Body meeting will be held on January 19th, Sunday after the service. Election for 2020 will be held in this meeting<\/li>\n<li><strong>Youth Fellowship Registration List for 2020<\/strong><br \/>\nAs we begin the new year, our Youth Fellowship is providing an updated list of Youth Fellowship Members for the year 2020 to the Diocese. All members must be registered through the Youth Fellowship in order to hold any parish, regional, or diocese level positions and\/or attend the Diocesan level conferences &#8211; Diocesan Youth Fellowship Conference and Diocesan Leadership Conference. If you would like to include your name in the list that was sent in the Youth Group Email or the information provided is incorrect, please contact the Youth Fellowship Secretary Tenny Samuel by tonight (January 12th at 11:59 PM).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\"><strong>Global Mar Thoma Meet and the 33rd Diocesan Family Conference<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>The Global Mar Thoma Meet and the 33rd Diocesan Family Conference of the Diocese of North America and Europe is scheduled to be held from July 2nd \u2013 5th, 2020 at the Carmel Mar Thoma Center, Atlanta. The Theme of the Conference is \u201cLiving in Christ, Leaping in Faith\u201d based on John 15:7. The registration fee will be $ 100 USD and the conference fee will be $100 USD per person till March 31, 2020 and from April 1, 2020 an additional $25.00 USD will be added for each person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Annual Report &#8211; 2019<\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>All parish organizations are requested to finalize and complete a brief summary of activities and submit the report by January 18th, Saturday to the Parish secretary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">DMTC Project<\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Those who haven&#8217;t pledged your contribution yet, please give that to the vicar or trustees as soon as possible. If you are interested to give personal loans, please contact project convener Mr. Vinod Thomas.
