T. Zachariah<\/strong> (97 years) <strong>grandfather of Neethi Kochamma<\/strong> in Mepral, Thiruvalla, Kerala. The funeral service was held on Saturday, July 20th at the St. John&#8217;s Orthodox Church Mepral. May the Almighty Lord strengthen and comfort the family with peace that passeth all human understanding. World Medical Relief is a non-profit organization that provides to the needy in Detroit and abroad with medical supplies, equipment, and prescriptions since 1953. Youth group needs at least 15 people to volunteer! If you are interested please contact Shereen Thomas or Christina Varghese by July 20th. More information can be found in the youth group email.<br \/>\n<strong>Address:<\/strong> 21725 Melrose Ave., Southfield, MI 48075<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Sevika Sanghom<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Atlanta Project Collection: <\/strong>Each Parish Sevika Sanghom unit in the Diocese is requested to collect special fund for the Atlanta Project and assigned amount for our Sevika Sanghom unit is $2,500.<\/li>\n<li>Sevika Sanghom is <strong>supporting a Nursing Student<\/strong> in India and request donations for this project. Please make check to Detroit Mar Thoma Church Sevika Sanghom and give to Sevika Sanghom treasurer Jessy Philip.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sevika Sanghom 19th Annual Diocesan Conference<\/strong> will be held from Thursday, October 10th through Sunday, October 13th at Trinity Mar Thoma Church, Houston. The theme for this year\u2019s conference is Women: Agents of Life (Exodus 1:17) and will be led by Rt. Rev. Dr. Isaac Mar Philoxenos Episcopa, Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Mar Paulos Episcopa. Registration deadline is June 30th, next Sunday and after the deadline there will be a $25 late fee will be added to the registration fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Senior Fellowship<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior Fellowship get together will be held on July 27th, Saturday from 12:00 pm to 4.00 pm at the Annex building. Please make check to Detroit Marthoma Church and in the memo please write Edavaka Mission-Nursing student support.<\/li>\n<li>The Mar Thoma Voluntary Evangelist\u2019s Association of the Diocese of North America and Europe is hosting the <strong>15th Diocesan Conference<\/strong> from August 1st to August 4th in Toronto at the St. Mathew\u2019s Mar Thoma Church. The theme of the conference is based on 1 Cor 3:9, \u201cCo-Workers of the Kingdom of God\u201d and will be led by Rt. Rev. Dr. Isaac Mar Philoxenos Episcopa, Rt. Rev. Dr. Mathews Mar Makarios Episcopa, clergies and lay leaders. Those who are interested to attend the conference please contact Mr. Georgey Mathews.
