Jogy Oommen Philip.<\/p>\n<p>The agenda is as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Presentation and Adoption of the Annual Report for 2018<\/li>\n<li>Presentation and Adoption of the ratified over-budgeted &amp; non-budgeted items for 2018<\/li>\n<li>Presentation and Adoption of the Audited Accounts for 2018<\/li>\n<li>Presentation and Adoption of the Budget for 2019<\/li>\n<li>Resolution \u2013 Youth Chaplain<\/li>\n<li>Church Development Project \u2013 Master Plan<\/li>\n<li>AOB with prior permission of the chair<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>All General Body members are requested to be present.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Annual Report Book<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>The annual report book for 2018 will be distributed today in the fellowship hall. All ladies please stay back for a group picture immediately after the service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Youth Group<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Youth Group General Body Meeting will be held on March 31<sup>st<\/sup>, today IMMEDIATELY after the worship service at the church.<\/li>\n<li>Small Groups Weekend \u2013 April 5<sup>th<\/sup>, Friday to April 7<sup>th<\/sup>, Sunday. Small Group leaders will contact you about meeting details.<\/li>\n<li>Youth Group Farewell for Jogy Achen and Family will be held on April 6<sup>th<\/sup>, Saturday at 2 pm at the church.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ALABAMA NATIVE AMERICAN MISSION TRIP 2019 &#8211; <\/strong>The Alabama Native American Missions Trip will be held from June 15<sup>th<\/sup> to June 21st in Mt. Vernon, Alabama. Anyone who is 18 years and older may attend and if you are interested, more information can be found in the Youth Group Email. Registration Deadline is May 12th.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>DIOCESAN YOUTH FELLOWSHIP CONFERENCE 2019 &#8211; <\/strong>The Diocesan Youth Fellowship Conference 2019 will be held from July 25th to July 28th, 2019, hosted by the Youth Fellowship of the Mar Thoma Church of Dallas &#8211; Farmers Branch in Dallas. The theme is &#8220;Bloom Where You Are Planted&#8221; based on 1 Corinthians 3:6-9. Anyone who is 18 years and older may attend and if you are interested, more information can be found in the Youth Group Email. Registration Deadline is May 26th.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Yuvajana Sakhyam<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Yuvajana Sakhyam monthly meeting and farewell meeting for Jogy Achen and Family will be held on April 13th, Saturday at 6:00 pm at the church.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"background-color: #eae7e7;\">Senior Fellowship<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Our Senior Fellowship is arranging a trip to Sight and Sound theaters in Ronks, Pennsylvania on August 8th, Thursday to see the JESUS Show. The trip cost is $150 per person. Make check to Detroit Marthoma Church and in the memo please write \u201dJesus Show \u2013 2019\u201d and give it to SF treasurer Mr. C. V.
