Guided by the theme, \u201cWalking by Faith, Serving in Love\u201d<\/em> (Galatians 5:6), the Detroit Mar Thoma Suvisesha Sevika Sanghom experienced a spiritually enriching and impactful year in 2025. The ministry continued to foster Christian discipleship among women through worship, Bible study, prayer, fellowship, service, and outreach.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Monthly gatherings provided opportunities for spiritual growth, scripture learning, intercessory prayer, and meaningful fellowship among members. Educational programs, joint sessions with the Edavaka Mission, and activities promoting both spiritual and physical well-being contributed to a vibrant and nurturing community. Through worship, study, and shared meals, members strengthened their faith and relationships with one another.<\/p>

The Sanghom actively observed significant spiritual events throughout the year, including the World Day of Prayer, Lenten devotional programs, Mother\u2019s Day, and Sevika Sanghom Day. These occasions provided opportunities for worship, reflection, service, and charitable giving while encouraging participation across generations within the parish.<\/p>

Service and outreach remained central to the ministry\u2019s mission. Members supported local and global humanitarian efforts through volunteer work, charitable giving, visitation ministries, and community outreach initiatives. The Sanghom also played an active role in parish life by supporting and leading various church programs and events throughout the year.<\/p>

At the regional and diocesan levels, members participated in retreats, prayer meetings, educational programs, and publications, strengthening their connection to the wider church community. Charitable initiatives supported individuals, families, educational programs, medical needs, and ministry organizations both locally and internationally.<\/p>

As the ministry reflects on God\u2019s faithfulness throughout the year, it remains grateful for the guidance of the clergy, the dedication of its members, and the support of the parish community.
