Weekly Prayers

  • Intercessory Prayer on Wednesday at 6:30 PM at the Church.
  • Fasting prayer on Friday at 10:30 AM at the Church.

Prayer Fellowship

  • Prayer Group 5: Will have a prayer meeting on May 26th, Sunday at 5:30 pm at the residence of Mr. Prasanth Mathew (21080 Strawberry Hills Drive, Macomb, MI 48044) hosted by Mr. Samuel Thomas & Aleyamma Samuel.

Sunday School

  • Talent Festival: SS Talent Festival will be held on Sunday, June 2nd after the service in the sanctuary. Details are posted on the noticeboard. Those who are interested please provide your names to Manju Alex or Mini Varghese by May 26th. All the SS children are encouraged to participate.
  • SS Junior Camp: will be held from July 19th to 21st in Chicago hosted by Chiago Mar Thoma Church.
    Children of 3rd grade to 10th grade interested in going for the Junior Camp in Chicago please give your names to the teachers or the SS Superintendent Mrs. Sarasu David by Sunday June 23rd. 11th grade and up can attend as volunteers and teachers.
  • VBS-2019: VBS will be held from June 17th to 23rd at Church. SS Students are requested to register with their class teachers. And also teachers and volunteers are requested to sign up.

Youth Group

  • Youth Group Friday Friday Night Sing will be held on May 24th at 6:30 pm at the church.
  • Lock-in on May 26th, Sunday at 5:30 pm. Girls’ Lock-in at Christian Cherian’s house and Boys’ Lock-in will be informed later.
  • Youth Group Picnic: Youth Group Picnic will be held on May 27th, Monday at 10:30 am at Rotary Park, Livonia. If you are coming to lock-in and/or picnic, please give $10 to Maya Abraham or Tommy Samuel to help cover the cost of food for the weekend.
  • Midwest Sports Tournament
    Our youth group will be hosting the 4th Annual Midwest Sports Tournament on Friday, May 31st and Saturday, June 1st at the Beech Woods Recreation Center in Southfield. Youths from the Midwest Region will be competing in Women’s Volleyball and Men’s Basketball. Our Youth group invites everyone from our church to join this tournament and enjoy the fellowship of our brothers and sisters in Christ. As they prepare to host the tournament, they are in need of houses to host the guests from the other churches and financial donations to help cover the costs of hosting the tournament. Please contact Sincie, Evangeline or Tenny if you are able to host the guests and Tommy or Maya if you are interested in financial donations. Please keep the Midwest Sports Tournament in your prayers.
  • DIOCESAN YOUTH FELLOWSHIP CONFERENCE 2019 –The Diocesan Youth Fellowship Conference 2019 will be held from July 25th to July 28th, 2019, hosted by the Youth Fellowship of the Mar Thoma Church of Dallas – Farmers Branch in Dallas. The theme is “Bloom Where You Are Planted” based on 1 Corinthians 3:6-9. Anyone who is 18 years and older may attend and if you are interested, more information can be found in the Youth Group Email. Registration Deadline is May 26th and registration fee is $165.
  • Diocesan Mission Trips: The Diocese has the following mission trips planned for the year 2019. If you are interested to participate in these mission trips, you can find more details in the Youth Group Email.

    • The Mexico Mission VBS 2019
    • The Alabama Native American Mission Trip
    • The Urban Missions Trip – Dallas, TX
    • The India Mission Trip

Yuvajana Sakhyam

  • Diocesan Yuvajana Sakhyam Conference
    20th Diocesan Yuvajana Sakhyam Conference will be held from October 4th to October 6th, hosted by Christos Mar Thoma YuvajanaSakhyam, Philadelphia. Those who are interested to attend the conference please contact Thomas Scariah. Registration deadline is July 31. More information is available at https://www.ysconference2019.org.

Edavaka Mission

  • The Mar Thoma Voluntary Evangelist’s Association of the Diocese of North America and Europe is hosting the 15th Diocesan Conference from August 1st to August 4th in Toronto at the St. Mathew’s Mar Thoma Church. The theme of the conference is based on 1 Cor 3:9, “Co-Workers of the Kingdom of God” and will be led by Rt. Rev. Dr. Isaac Mar Philoxenos Episcopa,
    Rt. Rev. Dr. Mathews Mar Makarios Episcopa, clergies and lay leaders. Those who are interested to attend the conference please contact Mr. Georgey Mathews. Registration deadline is June 30th.

Senior Fellowship

  • Senior Fellowship meeting will be held on May 25th, Saturday at 3.00 pm at the Church.
  • Senior Fellowship 5th National Diocesan Conference will be held from September 25th-28th at Ascension Mar Thoma Church, Philadelphia, PA. Those who are interested to attend please contact Mr. George Thomas (Babu) or Mr. P.M. George for registration forms and more details.

Sevika Sanghom

  • Sevika Sanghom 19th Annual Diocesan Conference will be held from Thursday, October 10th through Sunday, October 13th at Trinity Mar Thoma Church, Houston. The theme for this year’s conference is Women: Agents of Life (Exodus 1:17) and will be led by Rt. Rev. Dr. Isaac Mar Philoxenos Episcopa, Rt. Rev. Dr. Abraham Mar Paulos Episcopa. The registration deadline is July 31st. Those who are interested to attend the conference please contact Mrs. Suja George.

Vicar’s House Visit

  • Achen will be visiting houses in Prayer Group 3 area from May 19th to May 25th.
