Sevika Sangham

  • Sevika Sangham Regional Conference will be held on October 13th, Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm at Bethel Mar Thoma Church, Illinois. Those who are interested in attending the regional conference, please give your names to Jiji Alex or Jessy Philip.

Youth Group

  • Parent-Youth Meeting
    • Our Youth group invites all youths 13 and older and their parents for a Parent-Youth Meeting September 23rd, Sunday after the refreshments with Chris Achen. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss youth group activities with everyone, especially new members to youth group and their parents. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact Tenny Samuel.

If anyone would like to host Chris Daniel Achen, for the months of October, November or December, please contact Maya Abraham.

Family Retreat

  • DMTC Family Retreat will be held on September 28th to 30th, at the Howell Nature Center. Rev. Baiju Markose will be the leader and the theme is Stand up, Pick up & Walk (up): Celebrating Resurrection (Mark 2:9).
  • Completed registration forms along with check payable to Detroit Mar Thoma Church should be completed today. If anyone is interested to attend Family Retreat on Saturday, the cost is $50/person for one day.  Please register with Jaya Varghese, Vinod Thomas or Sabina Cherian, so that necessary arrangements can be made.

DMTC Song Book – Athmeeya Geethangal

The new church songbook ‘Athmeeya Geethangal’ is getting ready for distribution. Members can purchase the book for $10 per copy. We have started the pre-order today and will have the opportunity to place the order next Sunday also. Also you could send an email to dmtcsongbook@gmail.com and mention the number of copies you would like to purchase. The book is expected to arrive on the 3rd week of October and expected distribution is on the 4th week of October, the exact date will be announced later..
